This blog is intended to be a collection of hints, tips, and tricks to assist real developers working for real companies write better software in spite of the obstacles everyday corporate life put in their way.
I chose the "Ninja" in the title to reflect the "hide in plain sight" training that real ninja had - they would dress as ordinary peasants, townspeople, merchants, or monks, and had many of their weapons and tools disguised as ordinary objects. So must we hide our methods of deflecting the dangers of corporate management from those managers, lest they try to destroy us.
